Harvest has officially come to a close at Overmountain, and the vineyard is settling into a peaceful rhythm. The vines have entered dormancy, their leaves turning golden before gently falling away as senescence takes hold. Rows that were once full of vibrant green now rest quietly beneath the autumn sky—nature’s reminder that rest is part of the cycle, too. As we look out across the Foothills, we’re already dreaming of next season’s growth and all that it will bring.
