“I want to commend you on having produced a fine dessert wine: 2011 Etheral. We visited your vineyard years ago and purchased this and other wines for our vacation spot at Lake Lure. Only the Ethereal was packed up for our trip home in Massachusetts … and it stayed in the wine storage for a long time.

Just last evening we finished our lobster feast on the patio with some chocolate dessert and Ethereal. Everyone agreed that your wine was a superb product. We are all Cab fans and experience a variety of notable wines … and dessert wines, but the Ethereal was just outstanding! Congratulations on having produced a fine product.”
