Overmountain Vineyards’ tasting room is located in a quaint guest cottage overlooking the Tryon Foothills. Our team loves welcoming first-time guests and regulars alike—sharing our wines, our process, and the region’s viticultural story.

Come pick organically grown, un-sprayed blueberries—right here on the property. It’s one of our favorite summer traditions and a perfect add-on to a vineyard day.

Do I need a reservation for the tasting room?
Reservations are recommended. Due to the intimate size of the tasting room, large groups cannot be accommodated without reservations.
Are tastings seated or walk-up?
Wine tastings are conducted under the pavilion and outdoors and are seated.
What are tasting options and pricing?
Regular tastings are $20 and include current releases. Elevated tastings are $50, by appointment, and include time with the winemaker, a private tasting, and a vineyard/winery tour (max 10).

What size events can you host?
Overmountain can accommodate intimate gatherings of 25 or larger celebrations up to 150–180 guests, depending on your requirements.

When is the U-Pick Blueberry Patch open?
The patch is open seasonally (June–July). In-season picking is Wednesday–Saturday, 7am–1pm.
